Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets for retreats and classes must be purchased throughby the Eventbrite platform.  All payments will be taken securely via the platform and all refunds will be made securely via the platform.

Retreats

As retreats include catering, we ask that you request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event.  For example, if the retreat starts at 9.30am on Saturday, we would require your refund request to be submitted by 9.30am on the prior Thursday.  If requested in time, then a full refund (minus Eventbrite's processing fee) will be returned to you.

Online Classes

In order that we may notify any waitlisted yogis of available space, we ask that you request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event.  If requested in time, then a full refund (minus Eventbrite's processing fee) will be returned to you.

In-person Classes

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that the current global pandemic is unprecedented and you may have extenuating circumstances.  In this case, please do not hesitate to contact us.  If a refund is not possible, a credit note for a later class or retreat may be possible and we will always try to accommodate a reasonable request.

Cancellation

If we have insufficient bookings 24 hours prior to an event, we reserve the right to cancel the event and a full refund will be issued to any booked participants.
